Review plans, capture readings and write reports: TOUGHBOOK 34 combines a 12.4″ tablet with an optional rugged backlit keyboard. Mobile teams can move between direct touch input and a full mobile workstation.

The tablet starts at 1.36 kg, or 2.57 kg with the keyboard. IP66 protection, tested drop resistance up to 180 cm and an operating temperature range of −29 °C to +60 °C support demanding environments.

Even during battery changes.

A single 40 Wh battery delivers approximately nine hours of runtime. An optional second battery extends this to approximately 18 hours, measured using MobileMark® 30.

With two batteries, hot swapping lets one battery power the device while the other is replaced. Actual runtime depends on configuration, applications and working conditions.

The 12.4″ Full HD+ display provides 1920 × 1280 pixels in a 3:2 format and brightness up to 1,000 cd/m². Adaptive touch recognises fingers, gloves, digitiser pen and wet conditions and adjusts input accordingly.

Intel® Core™ Ultra 5 335 vPro or Core™ Ultra X7 368H vPro, up to 64 GB DDR5 and a Quick Release OPAL NVMe SSD support demanding applications. Intel® Arc™ B390 graphics on X7 are specified for 32 or 64 GB models.

Connections for
your working day.

Two Thunderbolt 4 ports, USB-A, Gigabit LAN and headset are integrated in the tablet. Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 are included; 4G or 5G mobile broadband and dedicated GNSS are optional.

The top expansion area offers native serial, a 2D barcode reader, USB 2.0 Type-A or HDMI. Rear options include smart card, NFC or fingerprint readers. Choose one option per expansion area. We check existing TOUGHBOOK 33 docks and keyboards by their exact part numbers.
